About WaterRoster

WaterRoster is an independent reference on water damage and mold in Texas. It brings together three public records that are hard to read side by side: the state's mold-remediation licence file, NOAA's storm-event database and FEMA's disaster declarations.

Who is responsible

WaterRoster is an independent publisher and is responsible for everything on this site. It is not a contractor, does no restoration or mold work, and is not affiliated with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), NOAA, FEMA or any company listed here.

How the site is paid for

The site may be paid when someone calls a phone number shown on it and the call reaches a participating company. Companies don't pay to be listed, and payment doesn't change which companies appear or their order. The disclosure explains this in full.

How the data is built

Every table is rebuilt from the source files each day, and every page shows when its data was checked. The methodology explains the rules, and data sources lists each file and when it was last fetched. If something is wrong, please use the corrections page.
